The Edwardian Period is generally considered to be between 1901 and 1910 (during reign of King Edward in England), although this is sometimes changed to around 1912 when the SMS Titanic sank or sometimes to WWII time - to about 1918, but the fashion just before 1901 is certainly very similar to those during this 10 to 20 year period, as well.
Stardust - movie 2007
This looks like an interesting movie: Lots of interesting fantasy stuff to imagine being in the midst of, great costuming, and also great actors are in it (claire danes and michelle pfeifer to name a few)

Summary
Based on the bestselling novel by Neil Gaiman, "Stardust" tells an amazing adventure that begins in a village in England and ends up in a magical world. In a countryside town, a young man named Tristan (Charlie Cox) makes a promise to the village beauty, Victoria (Sienna Miller), that he'll retrieve a fallen star by venturing into the magical and forbidden realm. When Tristan finds the star, he is stunned to discover that it is not a mass of meteoric rock, but instead an angry, injured girl named Yvaine (Claire Danes), who has no desire to be dragged across the world.
